Hi, I’m a distance runner with over 10 years of experience.
I’ve completed 6+ half marathons and multiple 10K races.I’ve stayed injury-free, while seeing many runners struggle with preventable injuries, poor dietary and training habits.I created the 0 to 1 Program to help absolute beginners start running the right way — spending time in nature, observing their breath, adopting sustainable dietary practices and gradually introducing jogging.In short, running is meditation in motion.
